Pros

Flexible working (hybrid, remote etc). Management were mostly supportive, kind and encouraging when I was there - Alicia, Emma, Stacey, Option for 4 day working week which was great Bonuses for CSA team Very forward thinking workplace One of the best workplace cultures I experienced tbh Good onboarding and training Nice area at the time (Kingston) Fun, relaxed environment Great team, with lots of banter

Cons

Tbh this was my own problem, but I felt I wanted to do something different in the end, and this led to me feeling a bit demotivated, I was experiencing mental health issues as well (anxiety) and in retrospect could've managed this better and conducted myself better, towards the more senior members of the team. Perhaps some more support of this, I recall when I went to meditate/relax downstairs there was a bit of confusion and judgement about this, that being said, I could've explained it better, I felt this could've been provided towards the end of my tenure.

Pros

- People are nice for the most part - Everyone below senior management is trying to do the right thing.

Cons

- Senior management make unique decisions and either reap the positives or blame lower positions for the negatives. - Shortened deadlines whilst increasing workload by roughly 7x the usual amount then blamed the staff for poor feedback. - Had everyone working at the same level but paying up to £21k differently
