-Micro-management (no trust)
-Treated like a child
-CS employees given no voice eg. ''you have to do this because we say so, no questioned asked''
-No transparency (don't explain why changes are being made)
-Unrealistic Multitasking - You are expected to take a phone call, live chat and respond to emails all at the same time - all without having any wrap time in between calls (actually impossible) - otherwise you get in trouble
-Angry Customers
-Bad communication between teams (not approachable)
-CS treated like the scum of the company
-No benefits for CS - no sick pay (whereas other employees outside of CS get this)
-Short staffed so they squeeze as much work out of you as they can
-Working for this company (in customer service) is actually depressing and makes you feel depressed and dread coming to work.
- You have to work late shifts and most (if not all) weekends. Rota is not structured enough to plan your life
-So many little system bugs that stop you from doing your job
- Second line (NOC) staff don't do any work at all and no one manages/monitors their KPI's - resulting in CS taking the brunt of the angry customers
