Pros

General company culture is welcoming, inclusive and caring. Team events and wellbeing workshops/initiatives are regular and catered to the needs and dynamic of all teams (from warehouse to office). Many of the senior team feel approachable. B-corp values extend to the business and culture as a whole, and it's clear it is followed through in all areas from waste to packaging.

Cons

The company has grown significantly, and with that so has the workload which is noticeable across departments, and at all levels. Expectations are high and sometimes, there are just not enough hours in the day. The office space has been outgrown and therefore it can feel crowded and difficult to find focus at times. It would be nice if there were more flexibility around office days i.e. being able to choose which 3 days we work in office as opposed to fixed.

Pros

I've been with Wild Nutrition for over two and a half years and have had the privilege of seeing the business grow into an incredible company. The people genuinely care, the values are lived every day, and there's a real sense of purpose behind everything the business does. It's a collaborative environment where you're trusted to take ownership, your ideas are heard, and there's plenty of opportunity to make a meaningful impact. I've worked alongside some of the most talented people in my career, and it's been incredibly rewarding to watch so many of them grow, develop, and progress within the business. Seeing colleagues flourish as the company has evolved has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my time here.

Cons

As with any fast-growing business, priorities can change quickly and processes continue to evolve, so flexibility and adaptability are important. That said, it's exciting to be part of a company that's constantly improving and investing in its people as it grows.

Pros

I have read some of the reviews and felt I wanted to share my own experience, as it has been very different. As an employee of over five years, I’ve really enjoyed working here and being part of the company’s growth over the last few years. It’s a fast-paced and exciting environment, and there has been a real sense of momentum as the business has evolved and expanded. The culture is positive, supportive and collaborative. People are recognised for their achievements, and there is a genuine focus on encouraging and empowering individuals across the business. It feels like a company that wants people to do well and gives them the opportunity to contribute. There are also some lovely perks, including the option of private healthcare, free coffees once a week, and free snacks and breakfast once a week. We also have a monthly all-hands meeting, which is a nice chance for everyone across departments to come together, share lunch, celebrate successes and hear what’s been happening across the business. Overall, it’s an energetic and rewarding place to work, particularly for someone who enjoys being part of a growing company with a good culture and a strong team spirit.

Cons

I wish I lived nearer to the business as I am not based in the area which limits my time in the office.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of the last ten years. Being part of a "growing pains" phase is never without its whirlwinds, so hearing that you’ve felt that sense of momentum and excitement alongside us is just brilliant. We really strive to keep our culture rooted in support and empowerment, and it’s rewarding to know that the collaborative spirit we value so much is being felt on the ground. It’s the people, like you, who bring that energy to life every day! As for the 'con' of living a bit further away - we feel that too! We’d love to see your face in the office more often, but we’re so grateful for the dedication you show from afar. Your advice to keep recognising achievements and nurturing our culture is noted and fully taken on board, you'll hopefully know that it's a primary goal for me personally, and likewise for the leadership team. As we continue to grow, we promise to keep that 'Wild' spirit alive and well. Thank you for being such an integral part of our team for the last decade. Here’s to many more milestones together!
