      Back Office setup SLA times longer than 6 months ago - a lot of new customers for sales team, but hiring for setup teams still lagging.

      It 's and easy job, been doing it for a while, Pay is fine, WFH 2 days per week.

      Cons

      none for me. This is a job, not a lifestyle, so as long as i'm paid fairly, I don't have any expectations beyond that.
