- Very small amount of genuine and lovely people.
Cons
- No training provided, no support from colleagues or management. - Micromanaged by management, not trusted to do a job. - No team environment, no team morale. - You need to suck up to to management if you want anything done. - Bullied by HR if unable to come into office. - Accused of lying. - Office is disgusting, looks like an abandoned building and let me not get started on the toilets. - No support for mental health - No additional benefits. - False advertisement on job specification. - Before joining I had 0 mental health issues, during my time there I was struggling and once I was out my life improved. I’ve never had any issues with any company I’ve worked with, worse experience ever.
