Pros
Good first step in the career of recent graduates looking to earn some initial experience. Valuable work experience and quick exposure to high leadership roles in clients. Good to build up entreprenurial skills and network.
Cons
Very low pay, not reviewed according to inflation. Not updated according to responsibilites. No available career progression. After intial promotion (realistically change in title with same responsability), no further progression available. Bad management. Staff feedback is not listened to despite constantly high turnover (often less than 6 months). Unrealistic expectations and workloads. Worsening company culture, centred around financial KPIs at the expense of people, culture or values. Previous benefits axed. Many previously existing employee benefits (contractually stated) axed, with little or no notice given.
