      Pros

      Great hands on experience and face to face treatment with clients in your early career.

      Cons

      Double sided employees, micromanaging and the wage is not competent at all with the market standards (32,000 pounds per year). They also offer early finish fridays which is in mostly cases not true. Besides all that you have the Customer Success bonus scheme which never gets delivered due to a very weak financial spot from the firm. The company options are given but are vested for 2 years.

      Pros

      - Flexible working hours; as long as you complete your work no one will hound you about timing. - Helpful teams; collaborating with other departments is seamless as everyone is always willing to help you out

      Cons

      - No tools are streamlined to support Ops teams to be efficient. - Ops teams dedicate a lot of time mediating between support team and clients. - There is no career progression in ops as the company is yet to define roles despite being in business for over 12 years. Recently they added CSM lead role to the Ops department but once you are promoted from CSE to CSM, that's it. You will have to wait a few years for another role change opportunity to present itself.

      - Company life aligns with mission - Everything is done with sustainability in mind (from office fruit and veg, to company dinners, etc) - Flexible working - Young environment - Transparent communication - Opportunities to grow in career/move around offices and departments

      Cons

      - Sometimes too ambitious, setting targets too high and not reaching them - You might end up doing some work that is not entirely part of the your initial job description
