WIG's Code of Conduct, Sexual Harassment Policy and Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Policy all make clear that sexist or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated in our organisation. All our employees are encouraged to raise concerns of this sort with their line manager or, if they prefer, they can raise concerns through a confidential whistleblowing helpline, managed by an independent third party.
While we cannot address individual matters publicly, please do contact our HR Manager directly with any specific examples or concerns so that they can be investigated.
