Pros
Well appointed offices (Solihull) with easy travel access , fellow colleagues (with the exception of a few) are professional in their knowledge & their working relationships
Cons
The senior management & directors have little or no knowledge of the work loads or capabilities of their staff, imposing work levels which un achievable, Management are mostly un-reachable. Senior management are possibly been the worse that I've had the pleasure of working with, mainly due the lack of communications with the lower management & understanding of what their staff are undertaking.
