Pros
Flying with brand new, well maintained aircraft. Work is easy: simple SOPs, no hustle from management, very little paperwork. The message is simple: you work, you get paid. Nothing more, nothing less. Very quick upgrade from FO to Captain and then to Line trainer. Numerous part time office positions available. Dependable company and trustworthy upper management.
Cons
Lot of flying, Operations Control is a mess if anything out of the ordinary happens. Company treats employees like machinery with very little regard to quality of life or quality of working conditions. Easy to get burnt out, virtually no motivation to do more than the minimum required. Management feels like constantly firefighting, no project finished properly as there is always something more pressing. Turnover rate is really high in the office which results in constant staff shortage->all projects are only halfway completed. For flightcrew most of the operating bases are far from fabolous: small cities in eastern Europe.
