Opportunities exist at Cree for those that work hard and are willing to stand up for themselves. No doubt you will need to be prepared to go to battle for what you want. The demands are high and employee morale ebbs and flows here.
Cons
Low employee morale. Lack of management support. Ask for a lot, but won't necessarily return the favor. High employee turnover.
