Pros
-Great benefits
-Some great people to work with
-Some good customers
-Bonuses are great if you hit delinquency
Cons
-If a customer stops paying it’s on the manager
-Not a great work life balance unless you run a perfect office
-Upper management has become very micromanaging
-Upper management tends to prioritize the branches who always hit delinquency
-2 week notices do not matter they’ll send you home the day you put it in if you’re not a favorite
-Pay is not the best, given the amount of daily tasks, especially with having to pull late hours during tax season
-No matter how much time you put into the position they will still think you aren’t trying
-Upper management will not give advice for current issues only ‘advice for in the future’
-You will have to sacrifice a lot of family time and holidays/birthdays
