World Vision USA Response
10yThank you for taking time to let us know your thoughts. We agree that it is a blessing to know your work is making a difference in God’s kingdom! We do, though, understand that staff can run the risk of workplace burnout when they don’t have good work-life balance. World Vision cares about our employees and actively look for opportunities to encourage a healthy balance. For example, in response to employee’s desire for improved health, we recently revamped our employee gym area, which is open to employees during the work week. Also, you are accurate in saying that the senior leadership team is driving prioritization and simplified work to give employees focus. Thank you again for your heart for serving children!
