Great mission and product with potential, but lacking in clear strategy - Anonymous employee Worldfavor Employee Review

Worldfavor has an important mission, and it’s inspiring to work for a company trying to make a real impact. The people are amazing—colleagues are friendly, supportive, and genuinely nice to work with. Very good work life balance, almost like it's close to be not as ambitious as you would expect.

The business outlook feels uncertain at times, and several key employees have recently left. In some areas, the company isn’t as forward-leaning as you might expect, and there isn’t as much focus on tech as you’d assume from a tech company. I would also expect more colleagues to be truly passionate about the environment.

Non stop teams meetings could affect productivity if someone is 'leave me alone so i can focus on this task' kinda person.
