      Worldfavor is a company with an extremely strong "WHY" and a unique culture with the perfect mix of grit, passion, smartness, and friendliness. The team is diverse (gender and background), including management and board. It's a fast-growing company in an extremely interesting and ever-changing industry. Are you looking for a mature company with all processes set in stone? Then this is not the workplace for you. Are you looking for a really fun, challenging, and exciting journey where you will play a key role in building the organization and impacting the result? Look no further.

      Like all fast-growing start-ups/scale-ups, the road is never straight and you will go through periods of growing pains and challenges. It's not a con but important to understand (and appreciate) when joining any such company.
