On April 17 - The Acquisition of WorldPay by Global Payments Inc. was announced. At the Townhall that followed, there were specific questions about impact to roles - both Contracts + Permanent. The response was either politically bland or disingenuous, implying that everything’s normal.
2) Contractually yes it is a week’s notice during probation for most employees. However isn’t there an ethical obligation for such a huge organisation to be honest with their plans and offer reasonably enough time??
