      Pros

      1. Worley handles multiple projects which are of wide variety (onshore, offshore, mining etc). One will get good exposure on such projects. 2. Mentors are supportive and coordinates well with their team members. 3. One will get opportunity to interact directly with the client while working in a project.

      Cons

      May get to work on one kind of activity till you become an expert in that particular task

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
