      Pros

      Transparent organisation with proper structure and hierarchy maintain. Employee are very cooperative. Extensive upskilling and training programs are planned for each individual. Bus survice provided as complimentary

      Cons

      Pay rise is not generous. Work done mostly on GID mode where in employee support HO is submitting deliverables. Indian projects are not handled in Kolkata office.

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
