      Pros

      Being outdoors and traveling. I loved the job just not the company.

      Cons

      The management at the Columbus office is a joke. They constantly lie and change “policies” when they find it convenient for them. Flaggers get in trouble for everything because of they’re non stop changes. Communication is to be desired which is below lacking. The equipment provided falls apart constantly as well leaving flaggers in danger.

      Outside work and if your a crewleader you save wear and tare on your personal vechicle but with lots of scrutiny

      Cons

      Lack of communication less than 40 hours a week low pay for a job dealing with traffic which can be dangerous
