      Pros

      Being outdoors and traveling. I loved the job just not the company.

      Cons

      The management at the Columbus office is a joke. They constantly lie and change “policies” when they find it convenient for them. Flaggers get in trouble for everything because of they’re non stop changes. Communication is to be desired which is below lacking. The equipment provided falls apart constantly as well leaving flaggers in danger.

      fellow employees. But they are leaving quickly.

      Management is lost. Went through 2 ops coordinators in very short time If the HR Person isn't shorting you hours shes trying too sleep with you or fire you
