Pros

There some good people there, but they deserve better.

Cons

This is not the place for you if you are a person of color. Pre-merger things were far from great but then they got worse. Management has stayed all-white for practically the last hundred plus years. The departments are run by arrogant people with self-promoting agendas who seem to fail up the corporate ladder. Managers only manage when they want to and leave the rest for you to figure out on your own. Contractors / Vendors are treated and favored better than actual employees yet they proclaim it's a family. The talent team only likes hiring one type of people and you can see that every Monday when new hires start. HR refuses to see the mass exits of POC as there is a major problem with the culture and the way the place is run. If you want to excel in this industry this is not the place for you. Opportunities are slim and the money is even slimmer if you are a person of color. Most departments have no POC or just one. The no shame factor will never get old as you witness the treatment of POC and women get passed up at every corner. If you want to be promoted or hired being white is your hugest asset.

Pros

Flexibility, decent benefits, competitive pay, remote work

Cons

Just like any agency, if a client pulls an account or the C-Suite decides to cut budgets, everyone is on the chopping block.

Pros

Not one good thing in this company

Cons

Everything. worst culture, back stabbers, employees are just a number to them, dishonest, no organization, my first week of the job the manager that hired me was talking about leaving work because they can’t do it anymore (so why did you hire me). No training and expect you to just simply know things without them even explaining it to you not once. Worked there for almost 4 years not one person I knew or knew of was ever promoted zero growth opportunities. The company itself does not encourage growth they just want everyone to do a job and stain that job for 30 years 40 years they don’t care at all.
