Pros

This is a great place to start your career. You'll be challenged will learn a ton and can get a low-level promotion pretty quickly. InsideSales is a fairly visible company which will give you some street cred with outside companies. Many who leave are able to get hired into better positions and higher wages. Co-Workers are great, some of the best people you'll work with. Same goes for line managers and directors (as long as it's not end of the month)

Cons

The company has a bad history of over promising and under delivering. They have done this to customers, employees, partners and investors. A few things to be wary of; Despite HR's best efforts in adding additional perks and benefit, the culture is quite toxic. There is a ton of frustration due to exaggerated goals, product issues, ISDC losing edge in the market, and poor leadership decisions (from the top). They'll say that 70% of their reps are hitting quota. The number is in the 20%'s. Many of the positive reviews posted on here (especially in the last 3-4 months) were submitted by current employees who were told it was a requirement to post a positive review. The had made it a big initiative a couple weeks before they put half the sales team on plan, and made cuts in nearly every department. Basically just disregard any review from a current employee made in 2016.

Thanks for sharing your perspectives. We agree that our Accelerators are second to none. We are glad that you saw career progression opportunities here, although I'm surprised you specifically state "low-level promotions, as we have a specific goal that 50%+ of our manager roles be filled through internal promotion and as we show at the monthly Company meetings, we overachieve against that goal. The data you purport around sales account executive success is inaccurate. We just closed our fiscal year last week and we are very excited that the number of account executives who overachieved quota and qualified for an over-the-top sales club trip to the Four Seasons in Punta Mita is 2x what's it's ever been. It was another year of substantial revenue and customer growth. Certainly we have our challenges as we scale, but this is the strongest evidence that can be offered to show the momentum of our Accelerator's success and as result, the business as a whole. To your statement of other reviews, I can assure you no one was told it was a requirement of their job. That would be foolish. Sorry it didn't work out for you here. Best of luck in your future endeavors.
