Pros
Some of the best teammates and mid-level managers I've had the pleasure of working with. Employees created a culture of helping one another and managers were always happy to help offer their knowledge.
Cons
C-level execs entire mismanagement of the company, from years past to present. Having worked for the company for 4 years, I have witnessed 5 rounds of layoffs consistent with a company burning through funding irresponsibly and not having a successful sales team to generate revenue. Only true work culture to speak of was staying late as often as possible & taking on the roles of colleagues who had left with no additional compensation.
