Pros

Fair pay, 401K, bonus, PTO as goods as most companies.

Cons

I.T. is going to be the downfall of the LTL division. Prior to the buyout Con-way I.T. entered into a horrible agreement with a OMS vendor "Netsuite" that did not meet the requirements of the company. The rollout of this system was half done and left the cargo claims dept. struggling to do their job. That has been over 2 years ago. The system has all kinds of defects and when something breaks only a "workaround" is put in place. Now the system has wrecked the billing dept. leaving the company not even knowing if an invoice was sent out and unable to perform simple corrections to invoices. Meanwhile the cargo claims portion of the systems gets worse by the day and no support "AT ALL" for claims due to the billing problems. Management does not stand up to support the employees in providing systems or real answers to day to day problems.

Pros

Great benefits and senior leadership has a goal to provide excellent service, competitive pay, and recognition for hard working team players, looking to put their best foot forward every day.

Cons

Can be stressful at times when working in logistics, but this is common in the industry and often more related to fluctuations in economic factors.

Pros

I have enjoyed my time with XPO and appreciate the opportunities the company has provided for both personal and professional growth. The team environment is supportive, and I've had the chance to build strong relationships with coworkers and customers over the years. One of the things I value most is that hard work and dedication are recognized. Every day brings new challenges, which keeps the job interesting and allows me to continue learning. Leadership encourages employees to find solutions and work together to provide excellent customer service. Like any large company, there are busy periods and opportunities for improvement, but overall, XPO offers a solid career path, competitive benefits, and the chance to make a real impact. If you're someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is willing to put in the effort, XPO can be a rewarding place to build a career.

Cons

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
