Pros

I was extremely please when I got offered my role at XPO. The company ethos really jumped out at me during the recruitment and on-boarding stages and my colleagues are fantastic. Working in the business for some months now, the continued experience has not fallen short. I feel empowered and driven to work hard, achieve success and grow in my career here. There are opportunities to do so and you are actively supported in finding and pursing these....!

Great benefits and senior leadership has a goal to provide excellent service, competitive pay, and recognition for hard working team players, looking to put their best foot forward every day.

Cons
