Pros

-Modern looking office -Nice people (in non-executive positions) -Indoor parking

Cons

-11 hour workday with zero breaks, every day -When heat breaks in dead of winter, you will be expected to put your den coat, hat, scarf on and be at your desk working -High cost insurance -CEO manages by way of fear and intimidation -When interviewing, they sold working with bright, hardworking people in a fast paced environment. Many are bright, the hardworking comes from the very real fear of getting fired. The fast paced is another way to say, putting out fires as a result of inefficient processes, inefficiencies, lack of training/onboarding, and being severely understaffed (due to constant firings and difficulty hiring). -Bonuses are determined by how much the CEO has available and wants to pay out. There aren’t reviews, KPIs, self assessment - you don’t even have a meeting with your manager to review your year. The amount is determined at the top.

Pros

Great benefits and senior leadership has a goal to provide excellent service, competitive pay, and recognition for hard working team players, looking to put their best foot forward every day.

Cons

Can be stressful at times when working in logistics, but this is common in the industry and often more related to fluctuations in economic factors.

Pros

I have enjoyed my time with XPO and appreciate the opportunities the company has provided for both personal and professional growth. The team environment is supportive, and I've had the chance to build strong relationships with coworkers and customers over the years. One of the things I value most is that hard work and dedication are recognized. Every day brings new challenges, which keeps the job interesting and allows me to continue learning. Leadership encourages employees to find solutions and work together to provide excellent customer service. Like any large company, there are busy periods and opportunities for improvement, but overall, XPO offers a solid career path, competitive benefits, and the chance to make a real impact. If you're someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is willing to put in the effort, XPO can be a rewarding place to build a career.

Cons

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
