Pros
There is No Pros at all
Cons
Chaotic Scheduling: There are no fixed working hours. Shifts can change unpredictably—one day starting at 9 AM, the next at 12 PM—making it impossible to maintain a stable routine. Exploitative Culture: Employees are treated more like tools than people. The environment feels oppressive and dehumanizing. Disrespectful Customers: Staff regularly face rude and aggressive behavior from clients, with little support or protection from management. Endless Operational Issues: The company is riddled with problems, many caused by poor internal systems and unethical practices, including how it handles customer billing. Unfair Penalties: Any delay, even due to emergencies, is penalized down to the minute. The pressure is constant and unforgiving. Toxic Leadership: Team leaders often treat employees poorly, showing favoritism and encouraging a culture of flattery and blind obedience. Customer Worship Mentality: Employees are expected to cater to customers in extreme ways, as if they’re being asked to worship them. Overwhelming Stress: The sheer volume of issues and lack of proper support make the job emotionally and mentally exhausting. Unprofessional Environment: Overall, it’s one of the worst companies someone could work for. The internal culture is deeply flawed and demoralizing. Poor Management at Xceed Too: Even outside of WE, companies like Xceed suffer from similar issues. Management treatment is far from respectful or professional. Final Advice: If you're considering working at WE—or even Xceed—run the other way. It’s not worth the toll it takes on your well-being.
