Pros
- My last direct manager was great person and till now we still contacting each other, so are most of my other colleagues.
Cons
- Toxic management and rules, they don't trust their employees - Always getting threated to get fired hence my total performance was good. - They don't consider that there's good employees, once some of the employees done something bad, they punish all of us and apply hard actions even if it's your first mistake.
