Pros

I shouldn’t have accepted the first offer I got that sounded decent, as there ended up being ones with better pay, benefits, etc.

Cons

-very very toxic work environment with tons of favoritism in their main office. -yes, you are given PTO, but you are discouraged from taking it. -honestly, in some meetings, it sounded like the CEO was using the toilet while he joined in remotely before the COO would place the man on mute. This is would happen on multiple occasions and was disturbing. -was told that my training would be done by one person, but said person left me out to dry while the COO would overlook this. He and the CEO would say that I could go to them for assistance, but both of them were usually out of the office and would not respond to teams. Or would respond to teams with conflicting information which you would later get looked down on for not knowing it was whatever it was to them (not sure if they would think it was a joke).

Cons

They don’t give yearly raises which doesn’t scale with the rising economy costs. Health benefits are Ok, they use Aetna/Kaiser currently.
