Pros

-Very friendly and congenial working environment -Great on-site facilities which include a kitchen, gym and a shower -Always something fun to look forward to: pet days, pyajama days, hot chocolate and popcorn days, spring walks and milkshake runs, to name a few -Company-sponsored one day a week lunches have been a long-standing Xe Newmarket tradition that also doubles as a great time to decompress and share stories with everyone in the building -Very supportive and attentive top management -Open-door policy to employee feedback: I've found the management very attentive and concerned about what employees think and feel and have seen concrete measures taken as a result -Competitive compensation & bonus -Great remote work options if you live farther away

Cons

Can make for some pretty break-neck speed sometimes, though great if you like a challenge and want to grow yourself

Pros

Very active team communication, employee benefits

Cons

The HR team floods sites like these with positive reviews to drown out the slew of negative reviews that exist. You get hired to work for one company and end up responsible for that role across Xe, Ria, Dandelion, John Lewis, and whatever other brands they spontaniously absorb. Pay does not reflect work effort expected. Rely heavily on AI generated content with little to no sense checking. Denver office is NOT diverse. It's extremely clique-y and the price to enter the club is not worth the trouble. Xe and Ria are nepotism's best friends. They're unpredictable, make decisions that break downstream systems without care, and will radically change your responsibilities at the drop of a hat. Do not recommend.
