      Pros

      This team is an extremely talented and hardworking team. Teammates are very helpful, collaborative, and engaged. The work we do is truly exciting. The technology can truly revolutionize cancer care. Brand new office with catered lunches, fun team events, and beautiful scenery for when you need a break.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is problematic. Several top executives have left the company and while we have new, promising leadership in place, the mistakes and misalignments continue to be problematic for the company.

      - Unlimited PTO - Employees are very respectful and professional. - Great support system from management. - Pay was very fair. - Flexible WFH and on-site schedule. - HR very supportive.

      Cons

      - High stress from immediate issues. - Startup doesn't have enough budget for specific items to make the job easier. - Layoffs due to a startup nature. - Insurance wasn't very good from United.
