Xilis interview questions

Very unorganized. No one seemed to be aware they scheduled an interview. Newly hired Employee conducted interview. Only 2 of 3 people showed for interview. Interviewer seemed more concerned with IT help for HR onboarding than actual technology. Very easy interview, but they only concerned with people who want to work 24/7 for this startup. May become great company, not one now for sure.

Multiple interviews, about 3 hours in total. Ghosted after a month of following up. I reached out multiple times and I was always told the same thing. I was informed that there would be an answer, but instead I was ghosted.
