Remote positions. There are some great employees and mangers, who are unfortunately under appreciated by the Executive team.
Cons
From the outside you think innovative tech company with lots of growth and opportunity. As you start your “training” period you quickly learn this company has zero structure and is ripping at the seams. There is no real training material or support once you dive into your role. You are expected to hit astronomical quotas, and if you have a slow day you are berated by the Executive team who is always asking for more, even if you are hitting your numbers. There is no employee appreciation and the moral is quickly lost a few weeks in. I would say most realize what is going on and resign, which gives this company a high turnover rate. If you are looking for a sales position with realistic expectations and mentorship this isn’t it. Keep looking.
