      - You will most be working as a Contractor to some client. - Irrespective of whether you have worked in the technology or not you will be tagged as master in it and billed too much from client. - Over bill the resources causing drift from client expectation later. - Unnecessary pressure from management. - No long term project or resources because of these..

      Pros

      Indiviudal contributors are nice people on a global scale. Management does claim to care about their employees.

      Cons

      They are off-shoring the entire company, bit by bit. You can get hired, so long as you're based in India. And 9 out of 10 hires are male. They claim to talk about diversity and inclusion, but I'm not seeing it.
