Employees are helpful. Cafeteria is overcrowded but it's fine as they are planning to open 1 more. Altogether it's a CMMI level 4 organization and got best place to work award. So it's nice to join this organization. First 3months are of probation and then it's on your reporting manager to confirm you as permanent otherwise probation period extend by 3 more months. You will be considered for appraisal if joined before September end. There appraisal cycle is April to March. You get a gift card of 5000 at the time of Diwali or in march. You get 2200 sodexo coupons every month. You could get joining bonus easily if negotiated.
Cons
Portal used for attendance and investment declaration are hard to understand. Support team takes too much time to respond specially HR and admin team. HR team negotiated too much and at last employee has to accept the offer fearing of losing the chance to get into such organization. Process of induction is not that great. For me induction not happened. Process of on boarding new employees not that smooth. Employee need to self learn about how to use portal and posting new tickets.
