      Pros

      Learning phase is very good and the working environment is pretty much the same. Colleagues working are friendly and can approach anyone to ask anything. The timings are flexible depending on your project. Work from home will be given to every employee.

      Cons

      Securing a parking slot is difficult as most people has a vehicle and there are only few reserves.

      Pros

      Indiviudal contributors are nice people on a global scale. Management does claim to care about their employees.

      Cons

      They are off-shoring the entire company, bit by bit. You can get hired, so long as you're based in India. And 9 out of 10 hires are male. They claim to talk about diversity and inclusion, but I'm not seeing it.
