Pros

Not many pros at all. Lettings, Maintenance and Ops team are nice.

Cons

- No support for mental health - Will get fired for minor mistakes. Not even 1 year of being there and 2 accounts assistants were fired - Family friends are mainly recruited (people that won’t speak up about issues within the company) - Can’t work from home, although they introduced ‘agile working’ as a benefit, on a Monday or a Friday as ‘we may think it’s a long weekend’ (get treated like kids) - Will not change the WFH rule if you have appointments or other important commitments, however others will get accommodated for even if it’s without medical evidence (family/employees that are liked more will get more benefits) - Different rules for everyone - Employees aren’t valued. After a year of doing all the backlog and working hard, you won’t even get a thank you - Rude staff (assistant manager in particular) who will comment on people’s appearance - No flexibility whatsoever yet the company screams they are at any given moment - Statutory sick pay - Most micromanaging accounts team ever - Staff members entering and exiting the company every so often - clear problem
