Where do I start? Marketing Managers alongside even the own directors close friends creating fake google accounts to leave positive reviews to show that they’re company isn’t the steaming mess it is. I feel incredibly sorry for anyone who ends up being a tenant, overpriced flats with terrible service. Maintenance non-existent and don’t get me started on the mess ups that have happened on out of office lines when they just flat out don’t get answered. A company which harbours a “snitching” etiquette where from the top to the very bottom they’re willing to throw you under the bus to save themselves. Management is incredibly cliquey and if you’re not in with their group then you’ll find yourself in a stagnant role with no hopes of progression The upper management is so out of touch with the entire company and were horrible to deal with, manners non existent and requests can be even undermining or insulting. Management roles given to personal friends with no experience instead of workers who have earned it on merit, this makes the entire company run a lot less efficient and made the place hell to work at. A very “surf and turf” like company which new staff members are entering and exiting like a revolving door. I even got stood up for my final redundancy meeting as HR was double booked.

-Micro managing - you were not able to to touch your phone the entire shift and if you did you would receive a gmail chat stating to get off your phone or there would be consequences from higher up. -You were asked not to take too many toilet breaks - like you could control your bladder -Expected to work to unreasonable deadlines and time frames -Higher up authority would have little to no experience within finance - besides Excel (old fashioned accounting methods) -No diversity - they would speak Arabic around you and only employ family members -No progression - you will be tasks to do meaningless jobs that would be mind numbing and if asked for me you will get laughed at -Finally you will get FIRED if you complain about a former employee verbally abusing you!! Surprised this company has not been reported to a worker's Union or inspected because for SURE they are breaking many employee laws!!
