Pros
Since my first day at the company, I have noticed that there is something special about the work environment and how friendly everyone is. I was pleasantly surprised to be asked multiple times if I felt supported and if everyone was friendly to me. The People Managers are supportive and always strive to promote a sense of belonging and a healthy work environment, as supporting you through onboarding.
One thing that has definitely caught my attention is the eagerness of everyone to always improve, learn and do better. The co-workers are very supportive, which makes me feel appreciated, respected, and valued. I feel that this is a company where I can grow my career and thrive.
Cons
Everything is going well for me so far. In the future, I'm hoping to have a clearer idea of my career growth path. But I'm confident that it will all fall into place since the company is constantly improving and everyone is dedicated to making progress.
