      Pros

      What I love about working at YAZIO is that we are constantly trying and willing to improve. As in every company things are never perfect, but we are evolving with a lot of openness and participation. This is true for our product, our internal processes, communication, events, leadership, company culture and much more. I can see that my team members want to become better and also contribute to others to become better.

      Cons

      This constant change and development is demanding and not for everyone.

      - Joining as a junior developer would require you to be a very fast learner
