The Social vibe on the Floor is great, and many of the Managers are nice.

The micromanaging by some managers is ridiculous. Putting Doubt into the Customer to save a policy is disingenuous. The top policy savers are put in positions of management, but just because someone has great performance, doesn't mean they have leadership qualities. 3 stars across the board, because whilst they try and live up to the 3-star rating, they fall down with the sneaky ways to save a policy. I never once saw the CEO of the Company... Nathaniel, whatever his name is.
