Not well organized. You are overworked and mentally and physically drained. Zero work-life balance. You get handed a workload you can't handle and are expected to have it all done before leaving for the day, causing you to stay late nights, work through lunch, and come in early in the mornings. There would be times the whole team would work 12 hours with zero breaks and no one seemed to have an issue with it. There is a lot of favoritism, and if you don't fit in with a certain group, they make it very obvious. Provide barely any training. Expect you to stay late nights, and if you say you have plans, they ask what plans you have. I don't think you need to explain what you are doing after work hours. Overall, the people you work with were nice and fun to be around.
