      Pros

      - A good start for fresh graduates - The people and culture would want to make you stay - Able to learn and grow - Great working environment

      Cons

      - Low Salary: had almost 2 year of working experience but yet a fresh grad was earning the same salary - Increment: need to ask manager for increment if not they won’t increase for you - No work life balance - Be prepared to OT midnight

      Pros

      Interned at Zalora Philippines. Was a cool, chill place to work. My boss gave me projects to head and a good amount of responsibility, which I really liked. People were very upbeat and friendly.

      Cons

      Sometimes there wasn't a lot of work to do. There isn't that great a culture of communication which was hard to adapt to.
