      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, decent pay, friendly staff, networking here is great with employees and customers. Good first step into the retail life

      Cons

      Overworked for amount of pay, slave job, messy/petty/unorganized management. Management and rude customers probably the only two that kills the job.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
