      Pros

      -Good experience for a 1st job. -Good pay.

      Cons

      -Cheap clothing is over priced. -HORRIBLE management (always changing your schedule, not enough hours) -Irresponsible managers, miscommunications, hypocritical, favoritism) -You don't get a raise unless they like you, they don't even care about hard work. -The company doesn't care about employees. -Customers are snobby thinking that we're servants to only please them.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
