      I can hardly think of any pros....

      Cons

      Very low payment The HR promised everyone with full-time contract after 3 month but never get it no allowance or any benefits... Poor working conditions Worst management team, bad communication, even ask people to work on bank holidays without notice or any perks... log-in with an excel file?
