no job security promises are never true (no sponsorship and high turnover) laying you off with no compensation no experience I have declined their offer once after I have been told about their bad reputation of not being transparent and not being at their word They told me when a project finishes with Microsoft, they will assign me to internal projects until they find me a new role and it turned out to be a lie, I have heard from former employees they kept them for 6 months without salaries and after the project I have been assigned to finished, I got laid off after 6 months despite the promises They promised to file me for H1B, but I found out they have not
