9yThe February layoff was difficult. It has given us years of runway to build a better all-in-one HR platform and optimize our go-to-market and operations. Our new CEO has deep HCM experience, as does of new CRO.
The company direction is clear: HR1 (move our current customers to a pay model); P50 (payroll in all 50 States); optimize our ops and broker business; retool our go-to-market. There are P50 signs all over the company. HR1, ops improvements, etc. are address at nearly every company All Hands.
