      Pros

      They give chance to freshers, that too because no one stays back after bond period and that is their strategy to hire freshers as slaves.

      Cons

      Everything. No work life balance. Toxic and incompetent micro managers. No growth. Work on almost every other weekend. Unrealistic deadlines. Too much office politics and bootlicking. HR department is a laughing stock. Save yourself while you can, don't join.

      You can learn many things being a fresher and also work on latest technologies Good pay

      Hours can be sometimes long
