Pros

Zignal Labs creates an incredible product that has been widely adopted by some of the biggest and most innovative companies in the world. That is only going to continue to expand in the upcoming years! Sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams collaborate on a daily basis with direct feedback from customers to create a product for customers. That will only continue in 2016 and beyond. Very involved Board that has a strong interest in the success of the country. Strong customer success team supports and nurtures customer relationships. The company culture is young, fun and allows employees to develop strong ties with coworkers both inside and outside the office. The "Department of Fun" puts together monthly events for everyone to enjoy the company of their coworkers. Expect high kicks from the president on the dance floor and your CEO to pull out trickshots on the sales floor and spout an uncanny amount of music and trivia knowledge. Office dogs, trivia nights, frequent happy hours and events. Catered lunches, subsidized phone and transportation. Fun loving group that enjoys showing up to work.

Cons

Management lacks clear direction at times. Would like to see sales management pushing the team to create a stronger sales culture and buzz in the office. Some hiring decisions seem to disregard employee feedback. Not a huge room for advancement at this point as we continue to build out the team.

Pros

I don't believe there is a good reason to work here anymore.

Cons

I was disenchanted with leadership when I left a while back. I wanted to write this review then, however I took a breath to be fair...I'm still shocked and appalled by what this company became. Zignal - at one point in time - was one of the companies disrupting the media monitoring (for lack of a better term) industry, forcing the old & stagnant platforms to adjust. We won some huge logos - Accenture, IBM, JPMorgan, Prudential - and had a ton of momentum which out of nowhere seemed to come to a slow. Then within a tight time-frame the head of sales, CRO, and the CEO left, followed by the CTO a bit later. Which was pretty much a bulk of the influential leadership within Zignal. FF to year or so later, for some reason the board gave the keys to the company to the head of Services who is an inexperienced and ineffective leader...the word "leader" used very loosely...and her lacky. Neither of whom was part of any notable account or win or decision made at Zignal, yet they ran the show along with the new CEO, who is as equally ineffective. Accounts are being lost left and right, yet nobody in a leadership role seems to get any blame.
